- UK Standard – £5 on orders up to £50 | Free Shipping on orders over £50
- Canada | Rest of the World – £20 flat rate on orders up to £200 | Free shipping on orders over £200
- ROW is classed as any territory outside North America, the European Union and Australia & New Zealand
*ProQuip Limited is not shipping to EU countries or to Australia/ New Zealand at present.

USA TRADE TARIFFS
We’re sorry but ProQuip can no longer fulfill orders from the United States of America, due to increased costs resulting from Federal Government trade tariffs.
We continue to ship to Canada and will keep U.S. tariffs under review in case of change.

Will I have to pay duty and customs fees?
ProQuip is a British company. Some products are sourced and manufactured worldwide, including in Southeast and Eastern Asia. For international (non-UK) customers, this may influence the amount of customs duty and import tax applied to the goods on arrival in your home country; under trade rules surrounding ‘Country of Origin.’
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check whether these duties and fees apply in their home country before placing an order. If you would like to query the country of origin for a specific ProQuip garment, please contact us before purchasing, by emailing info@proquipgolf.net or calling +44(0) 1228 210551.
Please research customs duties on goods shipped from the United Kingdom to your country before making a purchase.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, we will give you a full refund provided that you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition – i.e. neatly folded in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original labels.
Please include a copy of your purchase invoice with the reason for return written on it.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition – such as when product labels and tags have been removed and the item has been worn and washed.
You do not need to tell us before you send a return.
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you, or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges that you have paid to receive that item.
That’s unless it was sent to you with other items that you are not returning for any of the reasons above.
We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us.
Please allow up to ten working days for items to reach us and a further five days for the credit to show in your account.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of despatch for a refund.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns
Items may be returned to us within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a refund.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a product because it doesn’t fit correctly, please follow this simple process:
- Purchase the item again in the correct size
- Return the original item to receive a full refund*
- The item must still have its original labels attached, be unworn, unwashed, neatly folded and returned in re-saleable condition in the original packaging
- Please allow up to ten working days for items to reach us and a further five days for the credit to show in your account
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of despatch for an exchange based refund
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
